Disciplinary Charges are Filed in The Sean Bell Case! The NYPD has filed disciplinary charges against seven officers in connection with the November, 2006 shooting of Sean Bell outside a Queens topless bar. Last month, three detectives were cleared of manslaughter and other charges.
