Wright for a while now, but if this is true I now have a bone to pick with him. One of the greatest problems in the Black Church is getting older preachers to pass the torch to younger preachers. Many older preachers will buck Father Time because they can’t stand not being in the limelight any more. Why is it that many young black preachers only get the baton after it is pulled off of the deathbed of an older black preacher who was determined to never let go of it? It is my prayer that Rev. Wright will not cause an uproar of this size in the church , unless he has major implications against Rev. Otis Moss!
